"Tico Time" is a precious little beach vacation home located only minutes away from the Surfside Jetties, Butterfly & Nature Trail, fishing & crabbing, but more importantly ONLY MOMENTS AWAY FROM THE SAND on the Pedestrian Beach Area of Surfside Beach, TX.

This sweet 2 bedroom 2 bath house has been EXTREMELY well maintained and loved by the original owners. You will be entranced by the beauty and wonder of the beach views, intracoastal canal and of the Jetties. Views of nature, tankers, shrimp boats, etc… will fill you with emotion. You will have your own private, cozy get-a-way right here in Surfside Beach. The Kitchen was recently remodeled and updated and has a great beachy feel to it. The front deck is partially covered & partially uncovered with a comfortable chairs & picnic table and is a very large space for such smaller house. TIco Time allows and loves / embraces your dog and even has a space to help keep "spot" safe. There isn't a single thing about this home that you wont enjoy, including the beach lifestyle.

This home, although small is the full meal deal! A 2 bedroom 2 bath home with central heat and air, washer and dryer, SmartTVs and much more. Located close to a splash pad, nature trails, biking trails, museum, Ft. Velasco site and more. Walking along the paved walk ways on the Jetty will put you right in the middle of the everything "COASTAL". Tico Time" also offers 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Bunk and 1 Full Couch. Bring a blow-up to accommodate little ones who don't want to sleep with their siblings.
